Jog-A-Thon 2022 is happening this Friday, October 21st! Jog-A-Thon is Monte Vista’s biggest fundraiser and helps pay for field trips, classroom supplies, and much, much more!
There are many opportunities to help with Jog-A-Thon. First, you can help your little Penguin(s) collect per-lap pledges or one-time donations from family and friends. Second, you can donate granola bars or whole-fruit snacks to help fuel our Penguins after the jog. Finally, you can volunteer either on Thursday October 20th from 4:00-6:00 PM or during the Jog-A-Thon on Friday by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by following this Sign-Up Genius link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090E45ACA82BA0FE3-mves.
Then, on Friday, October 21s, please send your child to school in securely tied running shoes and with a full water bottle. Families are welcome to come cheer their child/childen on during their scheduled jogging time! We are asking all visitors to check-in at the main office before joining us by the running track. The Jog-A-Thon schedule is as follows:
9:20-9:50 Kindergarten: Levens, Martinez, McEuen, Troxel
9:55-10:55 5th Grade: Harness, Certo, Anthony
11:00-11:45 2nd Grade: Hawkins-Peace, Zion, Rodriguez
1:00-1:35 1st Grade: Sevy, Schueler, Padilla, Trujillo
1:40-2:25 3rd Grade: Bartleson, Tuttle, Holler
2:45-3:30 4th Grade: Chavez, Conklin, Shepherd, James, Baca

Once your Penguin has completed Jog-A-Thon, you can send in pledge payments by cash or check to Monte Vista in your student's pledge envelope, or you can use the PayPal button below and pay online. Thanks for your support!
